Roger Allen

Mr. Roger Allen received his Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Alabama-Huntsville in 2010. He got his Master of Science in Atmospheric Science from the University of Alabama-Huntsville in 2016. His Master's thesis was focused on determining qualitative and quantitative comparisons of hail signatures between S-band and C-band dual polarimetric radars. He joined SPoRT in January 2017 to aid in the engineering and automation of data produced by SPoRT.

Prior to joining Sport, he worked in the ESSC department at the University of Alabama-Huntsville from November 2007 to December 2016. In this position, he work was concentrated on the automation of map software, data manipulation, and modeling of agriculture and water management.
