Fire Products for HKH Region

This module will present the suite of 5 "fire" products via remote sensing techniques generated as part of the Applied Science Team (AST) work by A. Naeger and his team for the Hindu Kush / Himalaya region. These products are available for application to the detection of hotspots associated with wildfires, agricultural burning, or industrial sources, with an intended focus on air quality as it relates to public health. The products described include AMI imagery of the 3.8 um shortwave IR band, the True Color RGB, and the Natural Color Fire RGB as well as ‘Hotspot’ or ‘Fire detection products that combine LEO and GEO capabilities for both hourly and daily composites.
